FINALLY more teeth...

Well, Addison finally cut her first top tooth, bringing the total to three teeth. I am so used to seeing her gummy smile with the two bottom ones sticking out, that I dont know what to expect! :)

On another note, Addison had her first "bullying" experience today, where she was, in fact, the bully. With that being said, she was defending herself from the bully that usually pulls her hair out and takes her paci, so I was kinda happy that she is finally sticking up for herself, but definitely sad that I am breaking up fights already!! The girl took the snack container Addie had in her hands...I was standing there, so I asked the girl for it back and gave it back to Addie. The girl took it again. Again, I got it back and gave it back to Addie. Well when the girl reached for it the third time, Addison took her whole hand and pushed the girl in her chest as if to say "back off!" Of course, Addie and I had a talk about how we do not push our friends, but I couldnt help but chuckle about it later :) Its hard to believe how fast she is growing up. I know I keep saying this over and over again, but her level of comprehension and communication is blowing me away...its just like a switch turned on in her head, and now she "gets" everything that is going on. Completely and totally amazing. She is so much happier now that she communicates with us and understands what were saying!
Speaking of which, she was singing in the car today, and I told her that I wished I knew what she was singing. I was telling Josh, that is obvious that it is in fact a song and not just gibberish, I just cant figure out which song it is. It certainly doesnt help that she seems to be tone deaf like her mommy!
Well I am off to bed...I am missing Idol! :)
