Happy Birthday...

...to me. So I have decided that 27 is plenty old, and that there is no need for me to continue to have birthdays. We can still celebrate with presents and cake on the "anniversary" of my birth, but I dont need to get any older.
With that being said, Thank you to everyone who made my 27th feel special. :) We celebrated over the weekend, went out to dinner, went out to lunch with Grammy and Grandpa, spent good quality time together. It was nice, and Josh treated me like a princess. :) Today I have heard from people that I havent talked to in ages, and lots of people have sent me warm wishes. It feels good to think of all the many friends and family I have out there! :) I love you guys and I miss you and I wish I saw you more often!

On an Addie update, she is feeling pretty good, but is still getting her neb at least twice a day. Her vocab is blossoming, and its fun to try to figure out what she is saying. Elmo, and Dora are on her list, along with help, and bubbles. Today at work, we turned on the bubble machine, and Addie ran over to the bubbles, and said what sounded like "I love it!" It was funny, because I heard it and thought that I was crazy and didnt say anything, and another mom that was standing there said "did she just say 'I love it!'?"...it was nice to know that I am not crazy when I hear that stuff!
She has also started to clean. While Grammy and Grandpa were here on Saturday, she cleaned up her toys and put them back in the bucket. You better believe that I was praising her like crazy for that one! Today after I changed her diaper, she grabbed a wipe from the container, and while I stood her up to pull up her pants, she "wiped" my neck and face clean. It was cute. She has really started to pretend, she pretends to feed her baby, she brings food to me and daddy to eat, she cooks food in her kitchen, and she pretends to clean. She was dusting the fireplace the other day- she must get that from daddy! :)
She is growing up so fast-its hard to keep up! :)

I love trying to figure out what they are saying now. You can tell they are really saying stuff, I may just not know what it is!
